Commentary
Tour 2 starts with an easy ride down the south coast of New South Wales through the unique villages and towns of Bateman's Bay and Mogo. We then cross into Victoria staying on Phillip Island with an optional visit to the Fairy Penguin colony. Then we spend two (2) days visiting Melbourne, a city of great shopping and wonderful restaurants.

The following days are spent travelling along the Ship Wreck Coast (the Great Ocean Road) as far as Warrnambool. Our next few days of travel takes us through some of the most scenic roads in Australia. These roads take us through the old Gold Fields at Ballarat, the Alpine High country in north east Victoria to Tumut in New South Wales. We visit Canberra, our Nations capital, where we do a day of sightseeing. The last part of our tour takes us to Braidwood (a national heritage town), and down the Clyde Mountain, returning to our home base at Jervis Bay.
